Built-In Fireplace Millwork

This design was inspired by the rise of the mid century modern resurgence. By using stunning materials like teak, rattan, and jade marble, this beautifully eclectic piece of millwork can turn any lacking space into an interesting and functional one.
Art Deco Carpet Design

One of my main inspirations for this design was arches, specifically climbing arches on skyscrapers during the Art Deco design period. I wanted the room design to feel more contemporary, with nods to the traditional and authentic style of the 20s. The furniture layout is very formal, however, mixed with the pops of colour from the rug, side tables and the light, more modern looking sofas, the space feels new and doesn’t have the visual weight that a real art deco space does. The authentic pieces I had picked, the side tables and the table lamps, complement the space really well, allowing for the history to shine through and define this design.
